Adventist Single Adult Ministries (ASAM)
ASAM is a dynamic ministry dedicated to providing a special place for single adults in the Ontario Conference. A weekend annual retreat, brunches, picnics, boat excursions, and regional gatherings with inspiring seminars are now regular features of this growing ministry.
Some ASAM objectives are to:
- Build a strong community where singles can come together, experience fellowship, Christian love and acceptance and realize that they are complete in Christ
- Stimulate growth of single adult ministries at the local church level by providing resources, training and networking opportunities
- Encourage singles to discover and utilize their unique gifts in witness and outreach for God
