Federation of Adventist Youth (FAY)
 
Youth Federations are organizations of AY Societies (youth groups) within a district or city within the Ontario Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. These federations have no authority over local AY Societies but function to advise and coordinate programs.
 
Each AY Society in your district federation is answerable to its own church. The federation is not to take the place of the AY Societies but rather to promote stronger youth groups in the local churches.
 

Local Church leaders serve in various offices of the Federation of Adventist Youth (FAY).Executive members must continue to be involved in some way with their local church AY Societies as they serve the wider community. The Ontario Conference asks for church board approval of each executive member.
