Loss touches us all—whether through family, friends, church members, or our community. But what is grief? Am I processing it the right way?

We believe in the importance of providing support, encouragement, and healing to those experiencing loss. These sessions are designed to bring hope, wholeness, and practical guidance to those navigating grief, as well as those walking alongside them.

Dr. Grace Kelly – Professor at Northern Caribbean University, Certified Grief Counselor, and Author of Grieve if You Must
