Ontario Conference Office Closure Notice

Please be advised that the Ontario Conference office in Oshawa will be closed from July 14 through July 21, 2026, to allow for ongoing roof repairs.
To ensure the health and safety of all employees, the Conference Administration has decided that all directors and support staff will work remotely throughout this period.
Although the office will be physically closed, all departments will continue to provide services without interruption. You may contact departmental directors and staff by email or by phone at 905-571-1022 during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as these essential repairs are completed. We look forward to welcoming you back once the office reopens.
