Fifty PBE Teams Participated in District Event; Fifteen Advancing to the Conference Event
February 11, 2026 | Ontario Conference Pathfinder Council
The Pathfinder Bible Experience season began on a strong note, with fifty PBE teams diving into the study of Isaiah, chapters 1–33. After countless hours of reading, memorising, and reflecting on the assigned passages, 311 Pathfinders gathered at various locations across Ontario for their district events.
With the dedicated support of their coaches, parents, and club directors, the Pathfinders committed themselves to meaningful and focused study of Scripture. While many—especially first-time participants—felt nervous, God’s guidance helped them overcome their anxieties and fully embrace the experience. In the end, they not only participated in the event but also deepened their understanding of God’s Word and strengthened their faith through the journey.
Alden from the Durham Eagles Club shares, “At first, I was nervous about memorising my six assigned chapters in the book of Isaiah. But with God’s help, I was able to accomplish it. I’ve learned that hard work and prayer truly pay off when we include God in everything we do.” Encouraging fellow Pathfinders, he adds, “If I can do it, you can do it too.”
Vaniyah from Ajax Lightbearers states, “I learned a lot of new things that I did not know before that I could share with my friends. I also learned that it’s good for me to read the Bible daily so that I get more knowledge about what really happened.”
Henry Jr from Bowmanville Archers enthusiastically adds, “(In) the first year of PBE, whether I really noticed it or not, I believe it changed my life and helped shape who I am today. So I definitely encourage people to take part and study the Bible – it’s truly a life-transforming book.”
